I picked Charmander. I love his evolutions, and his move set is pretty is pretty good.

In my days as a short-shorts wearin' Youngster, I would single-handedly win the game using Squirtle. Since then, I've matured and tried out the other starters (as well as diversifying my team). My favorite remains Squirtle.
